BiggieBills$$$™ is a patented interactive business strategy game. The game is played by 3-8 teams made up of 3 to 6 players each. Teams take on the role of an established business trying to gain the top position in its industry by being the first team to make a billion dollars!
The teams play GROWTH CARDS to progress from Stage 1 to Stage 4 while dealing with possible CHALLENGE CARDS played by opposing teams.
In addition, each team has to deal with the impact of changes in the industry rules based on the INDUSTRY CARDS randomly assigned by the game moderator for each Business Cycle. The game may last 1-2. Teams may earn BONUS CARDS which can change the direction of the game instantaneously.
Mahesh P. Joshi, Ph.D. is an academic, consultant, and entrepreneur. Dr. Joshi received his Ph.D. in Strategic Management and International Business from Temple University, Philadelphia, USA and is currently Associate Professor of Global Strategy and Entrepreneurship at George Mason University. He is the Founder and President of Joshi International, Inc., a firm that provides consulting on strategy development, execution and innovation management.
Mahesh has published several (30+) peer-reviewed researchpublications with respect to strategic effectiveness in organizations. 11 of these publications appear in leading journals in the management discipline, such as Strategic Management Journal, Journalof Operations Management, Decision Sciences Journal, Technological Forecasting and Social Change; and Long Range Planning.
He has won several “Best Paper Awards” at a variety of academic conferences. He is actively involved in outreach for the School of Business, George Mason University; and has been awarded the “School of Business Service Award” seven separate times, capturing his ability to connect with the local business community.
